[epicdown] FW: Cisco Webex/ ExtendedCare unexpected outage

Cisco Webex is having problems with their service and this is causing ExtendedCare visits to fail.  Please use your downtime procedures.  Cisco is aware of the problem, and we are monitoring and will notify users once it is resolve.
