[epicdown] Synapse/Synmobility Viewer Working

Good Afternoon,

At this time Synmobility is up and running for end users normally. We are continuing to work on the greater issue with the software but have restored functionality of the program.

If you have further issues at this time please contact the help desk to put in a ticket for the team.

As we work on the main issue throughout the weekend I will continue to update a final resolution to the issue.

It has been brought to our attention that the Synmobility viewer is not functioning using the normal workflow.

We are working with all teams to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Attached is a guide for viewing images outside of the normal workflow, please use this as a work around. We will be updating as we resolve this issue.
