Subject: [epicdown] Lab Collect (Collection Manager) Outage

IMT is investigating an unexpected outage of the Lab Collect (Collection Manager) application based on reports from end users at both campuses that they are receiving errors upon attempts to launch the application from Epic. A notice will be sent once this issue has been resolved.

Please follow downtime procedures for lab specimen collection until this has been resolved.
