[epicdown] PACS Service degredation

Good afternoon,

We are continuing to work through the issues on PACS that have been caused by the storage incident that occurred today. The storage team is working on data recovery efforts at this time.

This work is continuing. We are receiving new reports of impact on MWL functions and I have my team looking into this also.

New studies continue to be available to read at this time, there continue to be studies taken before 1115AM that are giving errors upon opening. Clicking through the error does allow the new study to be viewable.

We are continuing to work through this issue. We have found that there is an impact that has been found due to the reported storage issue.

Currently, we are working with the storage team to find a resolution to this issue. At this time, we anticipate that this will take some time to resolve. New Studies are coming in and we are accessing the total historical impact.

We will update this thread with any new information as it becomes available.

Good afternoon,

We have gotten multiple reports of users getting errors in PACS. We are engaging all resources and looking into this issue now.

We were also informed by IT that there was a potential issue with NAS Storage that may be related that was reported at the same time.

We will be updating within 30 minutes and as we have more information.

At this time the error some users are seeing looks like this:
