[epicdown] Resolved Issue: ePrescribing Errors

Settings have now been restored by Surescripts, and affected providers should be able to resume e-prescribing. Any prescriptions that were not canceled and remain in the error queue will be reprocessed.

It has come to our attention that providers that also prescribe at Crouse had their e-prescribing rights removed from Upstate and applied to Crouse over the weekend. We have asked Surescripts to revert the change and are waiting on confirmation. We will send out another update when we are notified this is complete. Any prescriptions that are not canceled and remain in the error queue will be reprocessed.
