[epicdown] RESOLVED: ePrescribing Controlled substances errors

The issue affecting the electronic prescribing of controlled substances in epic has been resolved.

Users who were having issues need to log out of their current epic session and reboot their workstations before resuming normal e-prescribing of controlled substances

E-Prescribing of Controlled Substances Functionality Notice:

IMT is aware of an issue affecting e-prescribing of controlled substances in Epic.
At this time, users may be unable to sign or approve controlled substance prescriptions using Imprivata.

Currently, it is suggested to wait on attempting to prescribing Controlled Substance prescriptions. However, if you need to urgently send a controlled substance prescription to a pharmacy, please print a paper prescription for the patient.

IMT is actively working to resolve the issue and will provide additional communication when full functionality is restored.
