[epicproviders] (EXTERNAL) Epigram: Update to COVID (and RVP) ordering

This afternoon, COVID and RVP ordering will change to allow for COVID ordering without the RVP

To use the order; search for “Respiratory Panel / COVID Ordering”  (Note that synonyms like “RVP", “covid" and others will also find it).

In the panel you will have 2 options to choose from: 
Respiratory Panel/COVID Ordering
This option places both the RVP and the COVID along with the appropriate isolation orders. Different from before, the COVID order, by default, will now be sent no matter the result of the RVP. You can change that default if you want (in the COVID order). 
COVID Only Ordering
This option places the COVID order and the associated isolation orders.

Please note, you cannot order an RVP at this time without an associated COVID order- this is to ensure anyone with respiratory symptoms thought to be viral have the appropriate isolation and testing. This ensures the safety of the staff.
