[epicproviders] Epigram: COVID Adult Admission Order Set

There is now an adult admission order set for COVID patients. This set is meant to streamline common COVID orders, you may need to also incorporate other sets for non-COVID issues. This order set is likely to evolve quickly to meet clinical care needs.  


A pediatric equivalent is currently under development.
