With Outlook you can customize the signature that appears at the bottom of each email you send.

Using the iOS version as an example:

  *   Outlook uses a default signature of “Get Outlook for iOS”.
  *   To personalize this, open the “drawer” from the left (either tap on the “Inbox” title at the top of the screen or drag your finger from the left edge of the screen to the right )
  *   At the bottom of the drawer is a gear icon- clicking it opens up “settings”.
  *   Scroll down to the mail section and choose “Signature”
  *   Delete the default signature and replace it with your personal signature (or just leave it empty).
  *   Note- if you have added multiple accounts to Outlook, you can choose one signature for all email or a custom signature for each account.

This process is similar in each version of the Outlook software (open preferences/settings to find the signature option)
