[epicproviders] [EXTERNAL] New Flush and Line Clearance Order Panels and Order Sets

All Providers

Effective 12/17/2020: All Central Line, Peripheral IV and Saline Lock Order Panels will be replaced by the new Flush Panels.  The Flush Panels were created to streamline the workflow for providers, to include Flush and Line Clearance orders needed by nursing.

Note: Apheresis order panels will not be altered with any of the new changes.
