[epicproviders] [EXTERNAL] OMH Resource Document to Print with AVS

Good Afternoon,

Effective December 1st, 2020:  The Office of Mental Health (OMH) Resource Document outlines available mental health resources in New York State.  This document is required by NYS mental health hygiene law, chapter 391. This document will now print with the AVS for every patient. The hope is for the document to not only be seen by patients but also their family members and get information to those in need.
