MyChart: COVID-19 and Immunization Updates - Effective July 12, 2021

Patients who have linked their MyChart account to other Epic organizations where they have been seen will begin to see outside COVID testing and immunization in their Upstate MyChart.  Patients will also be able to download a PDF of their vaccination record.
