[epicproviders] New Implant Status Option

[Epic - All Provider Staff]

Effective July 28, 2021:  There is a new implant status option of Implanted - Recall. This status may be utilized to indicate a manufacturer's recall of an implanted device. Some Storyboards may display this information to visually alert clinicians to the recall status.
