[epicproviders] Telemedicine Site Location: Update

[Epic - All Provider Staff]

Starting Monday May 24th, provider Telemedicine site location must be documented in the new Telemedicine Location form. This is to ensure compliant facility billing per CMS regulations and to maximize hospital reimbursement. This change applies to UH only departments and is currently live for Provider based and Hospital based department. It does not include private faculty practice plan (MSG) locations.
