[epicproviders] Opioid Management BPAs - Effective 09/09/2021

Effective Thursday September 9, 2021:

New Opioid Management BestPractice Advisories (BPAs) will fire that include details for certain opioid prescription orders when:

  *   Morphine Equivalent Daily Dose (MEDD) and Days Supply have exceeded specified limits.
  *   Recommendation to order Naloxone (Narcan Nasal Spray) when a patient is at risk for an unintentional opioid overdose.
