[epicproviders] Effective 8/29- Updated Restraint Order Panel

Inpatient & Emergency Department Providers

Effective August 29th, 2022: To improve ordering consistency and documentation accuracy, all Restraint Order Panels have been revised and updated. The new order panels for restraints are Restraints - Acute Care and Restraints - IP Psychiatric. These changes are in accordance to the Restraints Standards for Non-Psychiatric Patient Care Units CM R13 policy.
