[epicproviders] Effective 12/14/2022: Commission on Cancer Documentation

Effective December 14, 2022: To streamline and improve compliance for the American College of Surgeons (ACS) Commission on Cancer (CoC) Standards 5.3-5.6, a new checklist has been added to Operative Notes. The CoC Checklist will automatically populate in an Operative Note for those patients with a Qualifying Cancer Diagnosis on their Problem List AND a Qualifying Cancer Case. Automatically including the checklist in Operative Notes, when appropriate, will help ensure we're meeting all CoC postoperative synoptic documentation requirements.
