[epicproviders] Share Note with Patient Options in Mobile Apps

[Epic - All Provider Staff]

Beginning on Sunday, February 13, 2022, users will now have the Share w/ Patient button when composing notes in Haiku, Canto, and Rover. This will allow users to prevent a note from being shared with a patient without needing to be in Hyperspace Epic. This button will require users to choose from the same list of reasons, documenting why they are blocking the note.
