[epicproviders] Meds to Beds: Auto-Enrollment for Neuro Stroke Team Patients

Inpatient Providers

Effective Tuesday January 18, 2022:  All patients on the Neuro Stroke Team will be auto-enrolled in the Meds to Beds program.  The patient's Meds to Beds pharmacy will default to Community Campus Outpatient Pharmacy regardless if the patient is at UH or CC.
