[epicproviders] New Covid Pfizer immunization (gray cap)

A new Pfizer Covid immunization formulation is now available for use - Pfizer SARS-CoV-2 tris-sucrose vaccine (Gray Cap).  Note that the existing Pfizer Covid immunization, Pfizer SARS-CoV-2 Vaccine (Purple Cap) will remain available until all stock is depleted.  The correct immunization must be ordered for the appropriate NDCs to be available for selection.
