[epicproviders] System Update Bulletin Loading all Chart Review Records

[Epic - All Provider Staff]

When using the Chart Review Encounters tab, filters are occasionally restricting all records from loading for patients with a large number of records. A user may assume that all of the records may have loaded on the tab when they have not.  Epic is currently working to fix the issue. Click the link below to see a workaround for the issue.
