[epicproviders] Effective 7/18/2022: Meds to Beds Auto-Enrollment for UH COPD Patients

UH Inpatient Providers

Effective Monday July 18, 2022:  UH patients admitted with a principal diagnosis of COPD ICD-10 Codes - J44.9 & J44.1 will be auto-enrolled to the Meds to Beds program. The patient's Meds to Beds pharmacy will default to Community Campus Outpatient Pharmacy (regardless if the patient is at UH) for processing all medication packaging.
