[epicproviders] Effective 7/25/2022: Updates to Ordering TPNs at Discharge

Inpatient Providers

Effective July 25, 2022:  At Discharge, end users will no longer need to print and fax TPN orders to specific infusion pharmacies. A new process will allow for the TPN order requisition to be electronically transmitted to the selected infusion pharmacy upon signing the order. For other pharmacies, the order requisition will print.
