[epicproviders] Effective 7/26/2022: LOS Speed Buttons for Residents and Providers

All Ambulatory Residents and Providers Within the Adult Medicine Department

Effective Tuesday July 26, 2022:  The Level of Service (LOS) section within an encounter is now updated to include a set of speed buttons for a variety of service levels by default. These speed buttons are available to residents logging into an outpatient department, and for all providers logging into the Adult Medicine department.
