[epicproviders] Effective 06/06/2022: Provider Medication Hold Orders

Inpatient Providers

Effective June 6th, 2022:  A new Pilot will begin for Providers to place Subcutaneous Heparin and/or Enoxaparin Sodium (Lovenox) ONLY, on hold from the order. The Heparin & Lovenox orders with Provider Hold, will remain in Epic indefinitely until managed by the Medical Provider or discontinued.
