[epicproviders] Effective 6/6/2022: Peritoneal Dialysis Order Updates

Inpatient Providers

Effective Monday June 6th, 2022:  The preferred method of placing peritoneal dialysis orders is by using the Adult or Pediatric Peritoneal Dialysis order sets. The following single orders will be removed from the preference/facility lists to assist with guidance:

* Cycler Peritoneal Dialysis
* Peritoneal Dialysis
* Peritoneal Dialysis Cycler
* Peritoneal Dialysis Replacement
* Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis Inpatient
