[epicproviders] Effective 6/21/2022: Transplant Hepatitis C+ Donor to Recipient Order Set

Inpatient Providers

Effective June 21st, 2022:  The order set Transplant Hepatis C+ Donor to Recipient has been created for those patients who have consented to the Hepatitis C+ Kidney Transplant initiative.  This order set needs to be placed the day of the patient's transplant procedure to ensure post-op lab work is done at the appropriate time.  The patients who have opted into the initiative will be admitted to 5B, 6E or 8E.
