[epicproviders] Effective 6/13/2022: Surgical Case Request Order BPA

Effective Monday June 13th, 2022:  When placing a Surgical Case Request [SUR01] order, a new question has been added asking "SCIP antibiotic required?". If answered "Yes", a new BPA will open upon signing, allowing the provider to open the SCIP Antibiotic order set from there.
