[epicproviders] Effective 11/16/2022: Infection & Isolation Updates

Inpatient & Emergency Department Providers


Effective Wednesday, November 16, 2022: In an effort to improve provider satisfaction updates have been made the Isolation and Infection Mismatch BPA and Isolation Order Sets for Emergency Department and Inpatient providers.



  *   The Isolation and Infection Mismatch BPA will fire from the Storyboard, rather than upon opening of a patient chart. Providers will find a sleek, streamlined look and improved language related to Patient Infection Status and offer ease of ordering isolation precautions or to Acknowledge Reason when they are not necessary.
