[epicproviders] Effective 11/21/2022: Heart Failure Core Measures SmartBlock

Inpatient Providers

Effective Monday November 21, 2022:  The Heart Failure Core Measures SmartBlock available in any note by entering ".heartfailure" is being updated to indicate required fields when there are contraindications or reasons for not prescribing.  A warning upon attempting to sign the note will let providers know the requirements have not been completed.
