[epicproviders] Effective 11/21/2022: EzPAP Therapy Contraindications

Effective Monday November 21, 2022:  Currently, when placing the EzPAP Therapy order, certain conditions prevent Respiratory Therapists from providing treatment to the patient.  To help streamline this workflow and prevent any delay in care or providing inappropriate treatment, Contraindications have been added to the EzPAP Therapy order.  Depending on the contraindication selected, will determine the next steps to take in ordering treatment.
