[epicproviders] Effective 11/28/2022: Medication Route/LDA Mismatch BPA

Inpatient Providers

Effective November 28, 2022: a new Best Practice Advisory (BPA) will activate when a medication order with an Oral/PO route is placed for a patient with an active feeding tube LDA causing a medication route/LDA mismatch. This new BPA is in accordance with the Conversion of Oral Medications for NG/OG/NJ/PEG or Jejunal Tube Administration policy CM F-04.
