[epicproviders] Effective 10/18/2022: Telemetry Order Update

All Providers

Effective October 18, 2022:  Updates have been made to the Telemetry - Cardiac Monitoring [NUR981] and Telemetry - Cont. SpO2 Monitor [NUR980] orders in accordance with the Telemetry Policy CM T-34<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://upstate.ellucid.com/documents/view/3900__;!!GobTDDpD7A!OHaHHscOPhO8HbAvYQ9lsZdUyI17N_diA0a4GMJA8lTpT_ybNdRYhmYm1dcBGCF07b9zG4cApA9mFDBFvSjp8QNAuk2d$  >.  These changes include:


  1.  Frequency is now Continuous X 24 Hours.
  2.  The Reason for Order is now a Free Text field for the Cardiac Monitoring order.
  3.  A link to the Telemetry Policy has been included within the order.
