[epicproviders] Effective 10/19/2022: MyChart - Patient Entered Immunizations

[Epic - All Provider Staff]

Effective October 19, 2022:  Patients will now be able to mark any immunizations that they may be due or overdue for as complete via MyChart. This will assist in helping to satisfy Health Maintenance as well as allow clinicians to reconcile any immunizations received outside of Upstate into the local medical record.
