[epicproviders] Effective 10/19/2022: Medication Orders Updated with Geriatric Medicine Context

Effective October 19, 2022:  GEM-Con (GEriatric Medicine Context) is an Epic feature that gives clinicians a quick reference for those medications that are listed on the Beers Criteria List, which lists medications that can cause harm in older patients.  Pertinent information will be found at the top of the order in Order Instructions.  GEM-Con will affect over 400 medications for patients 65 years of age and older.
