[epicproviders] Effective 2/6/2023: Meds to Beds Auto-Enrollment of Ischemic Stroke Patients

Inpatient Providers

Effective February 6, 2023: When a patient is assigned to the Neuro Stroke Treatment Team, that patient will be auto-enrolled to the Meds to Beds program. The patient's Meds to Beds pharmacy will default to the SUNY Upstate Outpatient Pharmacy UH for those patients admitted to the Downtown Campus. The SUNY Upstate Outpatient Pharmacy UH will be processing all medication packaging for these patients.
