[epicproviders] Glycemic Management Stewardship Note

[Epic - All Provider Staff]

Inpatient Provider, Nursing, Pharmacy
The Department of Medicine has developed a quality initiative with the Glycemic Management Team to address hypoglycemic and hyperglycemic patients with more transparency of recommendations made for patient care.   The new Glycemic Management Stewardship Note allows all members of the care team to view recommendations made by Glycemic Management Team.
