[epicproviders] Effective 2/8/2023: Document Not Taking Home Medications

[Epic - All Provider Staff]

Effective Wednesday February 8, 2023:  A "Not Taking" button will now be available for use in the Review PTA Meds activity and Home Medications activity.  The button will allow for a more efficient workflow as clinicians review and update a patient's Prior to Admission Medications and/or Home Medications.
