[epicproviders] Effective 2/21/2023: Updated Peds Emergency Drug Sheets

Inpatient Providers

Effective Tuesday February 21, 2023:  To standardize the dose format of the Peds Emergency Dosing Sheets, the dose in mg will be listed first followed by the dose volume in ml in parenthesis in the Dosing Information and Dose columns.
