All Clinical Staff who make patient appointments:

As of Tuesday, Feb 21, 2023, the Appt Desk functionality will change from Make Appt to Book It.
The process has been simplified but the screens are different. Take time to update your knowledge about making patient appointments.

There are tutorial highlights when Book It is opened.
