[epicproviders] Effective 3/28/2023: Infection Control Communication Secure Chat Group

Effective March 28, 2023: To add in communicating with Infection Perfectionists on patient related issues an Infection Control Communication (UH/CC) Secure Chat Group has been created. This group includes Infection Preventionists at both campuses and should be used to communicate with Infection Preventionist on patient related issues with isolation mismatches, removal of precautions, patient reportable communicable diseases, blood and body fluid exposures, communicable disease exposure, or other diseases that require infection control input for patient management and throughput.
