[epicproviders] Lab and Imaging Chart Review Default Reports Contain Electronically Signed By Information

[Epic - All Provider Staff]

Effective Monday May, 1, 2023:  The imaging and lab Chart Review default reports have been updated to include Electronically signed by verbiage due to feedback that external sites are not accepting orders not specifically showing Electronically signed by. Nurses should pend orders and route only after the provider has signed the order.
