[epicproviders] Effective 5/8/2023: Consult to Wound/Ostomy Orders Update

[Epic - All Provider Staff]

Inpatient and ED Providers

Effective Monday, May 8, 2023, Emergency Department and Inpatient Providers will find the Consult to Wound / Ostomy Order [CON104] will be separated into two orders. The newly named, Consult to Wound APP Order [CON104] will also have revised wound consult criteria. The stand alone, Consult to Ostomy Care Order [CON204] has been newly created. Each order contains required information based on selections.
