[epicproviders] Effective 5/18/2023: Bedside Procedure Consult Order

Effective Thursday May 18th, 2023:  A new Procedure Team consult order has been created for certain bedside procedures. The Bedside Procedure Consult Order can be used for adult Upstate Hospital patients only. Additionally, to aid in tracking there is a new Bedside Procedure-UH consult list and treatment team.
