Hyperdrive Fall 2023 Upgrade is November 28, 2023!

What is Hyperdrive?
Over the last two years, IMT has slowly rolled out several changes to activities in Hyperspace in preparation for Epic's new web-browser, Hyperdrive. Hyperdrive hosts Hyperspace activities in a web-version to keep performance optimal, ensuring that Epic is running smoothly and securely.

How do I locate Hyperdrive?
The Hyperdrive icon is displayed in the Citrix Storefront or on workstations on wheels as follows:

How do I get support, report on findings, or get answers to questions?
In efforts to provide real-time assistance, trainers will offer virtual support to diagnose and resolve issues, Tuesday, November 28, 2023, through Thursday, November 30, 2023, from 7am-6pm. Virtual Support is accessed directly from Hyperdrive under the Epic button by selecting Hyperdrive Support.
