[epicproviders] Effective 10/5/2023: Community Acquired Diarrhea Panel w/ Contact Plus Isolation Order

Effective October 5, 2023, the single lab order Community-Acquired Diarrhea Panel [LAB8937] is replaced by the new Community-Acquired Diarrhea Panel w/ Contact Plus Isolation Order Panel [O403152]. The new order panel includes the Contact Plus Isolation order.
