[epicproviders] Effective 10/5/2023: Lab Test Catalog Link in Laboratory Test Results

Effective October 5, 2023:  A hyperlink to the Laboratory Test Catalog now appears within Linked Documents of a laboratory test result for ordering and interpretation information. The typed link previously located under Comments, has been removed.
