[epicproviders] Effective 01/18/2024: New Order Set for Urinalysis/Urine Culture for Adult Patients

Inpatient Providers:

Effective January 18th, 2024: The lab order LAB2859 Urinalysis with reflex to microscopic exam (with culture) found in the Urine Order Set IP or the Urine Lab Order panel, has been updated with a series of new cascading questions. The Antimicrobial Stewardship Committee has requested these cascading questions to reduce testing in asymptomatic patients.
