[epicproviders] Effective 12/15/2025: Happy Together Notes

[Epic - All Provider Staff]

Effective Monday, December 15th, Care Everywhere's Happy Together Notes functionality will be enabled in Epic. This feature supports the exchange of rich text notes among participating organizations and allows users to view these notes within the Notes tab in Chart Review. For additional details regarding Happy Together Notes and to identify which surrounding organizations participate, please refer to the tip sheet linked below:
