Effective Monday, December 1, 2025: Three exciting new ExtendedCare features enhance virtual visits. Accessibility is upgraded to include a virtual interpreter and Closed Caption (CC). And a new Upstate Patient / Guest technical support line (1-877-704-8273) goes live.
